Conference Registration

For early registration the conference fee is €565 per person and includes written or electronic documentation, refreshments during conference breaks, as well as the welcome and farewell events. For registrations received after November 30th, 2025 the conference fee will be €620. Please note that the registration is binding and that the participation fee is payable within 21 days, but no later than December 31st, 2025.

Please note that the number of participants is limited. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, registration will be closed.

Cancellation

If a written cancellation is received by December 21st, 2025 70% of the participation fee is refunded. For cancellations received after this date no refund can be issued, however, a replacement participant can be named.

If you require an invoice, please submit the registration form and subsequently send an email to lisa@mwc2026.org requesting an invoice. Please be sure to state your name and address, or the address of the institution the invoice should be made out to.
